The development was delivered by Watkin Jones on behalf of Legal & General (L&G) as part of a larger 322-unit project.
The final block comprises 184 units, with the phased completion following the handover of 138 units in September 2023.
The site is built on a former Tesco carpark and provides a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for rent, spread over 35 floors.
Supporting the Group’s Future Foundations ESG strategy, this development incorporates technology and engineering to target reduced emissions, supporting Watkin Jones’ sustainability objectives.

This includes the implementation of air source heat pump heating for the hot water system, eliminating the need for gas usage.
There is a charging infrastructure for electric cars and ample bicycle storage for residents, supporting sustainable local transport and helping the development to achieve a HQM 3.5-star rating.
